MOM
FactoryPRO’s MOM has all features required to optimize factory processes and achieve maximum operational efficiency. It comes with several key functionality including work order management, electronic traveler, WIP tracking, route mapping, recipe management, statistical process control (SPC), warehouse, equipment tracking, etc.
MOM accommodates and automates key tasks on the manufacturing floor with required intelligence and workflows. The real-time capability interconnects multiple functions of an organization starting from creating a Work Order for the work/job on hand. Typically this triggers activities for the manufacturing team to take the next steps such as checking the availability of finished goods, raw material, creating a purchasing request needed to procure raw material, performing the incoming inspection of raw material and storing and allocating the required material to the respective work order to be processed.
To process Work Order, Production planning functionality helps to schedule the work to be done, assign machine(s) to be used, and allocate processing time slots. Additionally, FactoryPRO allows the teams to define unique route maps for each product along with recipe/process parameters. Also, the MOM helps inline operators/inspections and quality assurance to capture their date collection on different key attributes in order to make a go/nogo decisions. Production Process is the heart of the systems where the raw material goes through the required process route to transform into a finished product.
Ability to integrate Operator Certification ensures that a qualified resource is assigned to any “Product Process” steps. To evaluate productivity of both process and the operator, a “Time Tracking” can be accomplished. Maintaining “Calibration” status further helps to ensure that the qualified measuring tools are being used on the floor. The tracking and automatic alerts on “Preventive Maintenance” of any production equipment helps technicians/engineers to take care of the preventive maintenance with a goal of maximum utilization of equipment and ensures smooth run of the scheduled production.
