Technical Lead

The Technical Lead is responsible for the integrity of software while providing guidance to clients and team members on technology, architecture both at unit level and system level. He or she is the go to person when it comes to delivery and works with technical leadership while performing evaluations and feasibility studies and technology solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of technical escalation and resolution during the project lifecycle as it relates to technical decisions.
  • Determine processes and procedures and provide necessary guidance on technical documentation during requirements gathering and discussions with customers and leads.
  • Assist the technical director with scoping, identification of project deliverables, and creation of project-specific documentation such as functional specifications, technical specifications, etc.
  • Communicate regularly on project status with team members, management and customers
Minimum Skills & Qualification Requirements:
  • 5+ years leading development projects and teams
  • Demonstrated proficiency with various forms of front-end development in Microsoft technologies.
  • Extensive experience with a variety of server-side technologies, databases and frameworks.
  • Reasonable understanding of content and social media publishing platforms.
  • Knowledge of latest industry trends in desktop, mobile, and video platform development.

Programs developed or modified are typically linked to several other programs. Works according to approved requirements and detailed specifications. Applies judgment in devising program logic and selecting and adapting standard programming procedures; obtains advice when precedents are unclear or unavailable.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develops, modifies and maintains assigned programs. Monitors the operation of assigned programs and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.
  • Review user requirements and needs for new software and performs analysis, design, implementation, installation and training related to new software developed and/or acquired.
  • Assists user and operating areas in implementing and supporting systems including system installation, training and troubleshooting.
  • Assists in selecting hardware and software to be used by college staff. Maintains contact with vendors to assist support activities.
  • Serves as technical advisor to user staff who do programming functions.
Minimum Skills & Qualification Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in computer related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Experience in systems design, programming and/or systems software and support.
  • Knowledge of :.Net Technologies, SQL Server 2005/2008, MSBI (SSRS, SSIS and SSAS) are added advantage.
  • Ability to :Recognize and resolve system related problems; work independently and make necessary decisions throughout the systems process within department guidelines; perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively; communicate technical and complex information both orally and in writing.

This position requires a deep understanding of Business Development Strategies as well as an execution-oriented approach to Business Development and Consulting. Sales Engineer
Job Description:

The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for evoking confidence in SolSemUSA's technology infrastructure and customization framework, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. The Technical Sales Engineer will uncover business requirements, develop a solution sales strategy, and create and effectively demonstrate SolSemUSA's solutions that address customer requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations.
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory.
  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal support with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.

The Director of Sales is responsible for supporting all sales operation functions of a rapidly expanding global sales organization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves individual that has a very strong work ethic, is well organized, analytically skilled, a strategic thinker, detailed oriented and quality minded.

As the head of the sales management team, you will be involved in all business issues, strategies, planning and reporting relating to the sales organization including budgets, sales plans & model, forecast and territory management.
