The Technical Lead is responsible for the integrity of software while providing guidance to clients and team members on technology, architecture both at unit level and system level. He or she is the go to person when it comes to delivery and works with technical leadership while performing evaluations and feasibility studies and technology solutions.
Applies standard programming procedures and knowledge of pertinent functional areas. Analyses needs, designs, writes and tests new programs and applications. Programs developed or modified are typically linked to several other programs. Works according to approved requirements and detailed specifications. The Director of Sales is responsible for supporting all sales operation functions of a rapidly expanding global sales organization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves individual that has a very strong work ethic, is well organized, analytically skilled, a strategic thinker, detailed oriented and quality minded.
As the head of the sales management team, you will be involved in all business issues, strategies, planning and reporting relating to the sales organization including budgets, sales plans & model, forecast and territory management.
